Coordination of Abhiruchi Caterers with Function Hall Representatives/Customer

Once catering is accorded to us, a week before the wedding, Abhiruchi caterers will visit the function hall/gardens. Abhiruchi Caterers make Hall/Gardens visits with the wedding customers and see the facilities and space available in the halls, as per our planned number of guests and as per planned menu. For example, Availability of Idli Boxes, Dosa stove which should be vertically long, Jalebi Kadai, etc. will be observed. If any hardware material is not available in the hall or gardens, Abhiruchi Caterers ask customers to procure under intimation to the customer to arrange payment to the hall.

Coordination of Abhiruchi Caterers with Function Hall Representatives/Customer

Abhiruchi Caterers also check the availability of a number of  grinders, double stoves, single stoves, Basins, Buckets, Hot dishes, Serving spoons, Curry bowls, etc. as per menu. Abhiruchi Caterers also check whether they are in working condition. Abhiruchi Caterers conduct face to face triangular discussions duly participated by representatives of Abhiruchi Caterers, customer and hall management.

Main agenda will be.

  1. Discuss hygienic and cleanliness of the dining hall.
  2. Discuss the need for the availability of Tent House hardware materials for cooking and servicing: (Except Kuripi, Jar, Mixie).

Abhiruchi Caterers discuss Arrangement labor which should be part of the package while customers book the hall. Hall management should provide manpower to set tabling, clothing, frilling and keep the dining hall ready for setting cooked items in hot dishes on the tables.

  1. Discuss on Abhiruchi’s caterers timings of reaching hall: In case of lunch catering, Abhiruchi Caterers reach the hall on the evening of the earlier day between 7pm to 10pm. In case of evening event, If wedding or reception catering,  we reach hall on the same day morning between 10:00 Am to 12:00 Pm Hall management should address our requirement as per point number two above.
  1. Discuss on hall support for Abhiruchi Caterers need from Hall: Apart from providing kitchen hardware etc. Request hall representatives to provide some space in the kitchen, if already some function is taking place on the day of our arrival.
  1. Discuss on cleaning labor (Boys): On Abhiruchi Caterers reaching the venue. Concerned hall has to provide Kitchen Cleaning Labor to wash required utensils and handover to us as per the menu.
  1. Discuss on Finance matters on Boys: Number of boys will be decided by Abhiruchi Caterers and Hall management and customers should pay the necessary Boyee charges to the hall management or to the Agent of boys.

In the presence of hall management, we ensure customers commit to them that Boys charges be borne by the customer and Hall management will never have the right to seek payment from Abhiruchi Caterers.

Abhiruchi Caterers will never look into the aspect of payment of boys as it is between hall management and the customer.

  1. Discuss the cooking needs of variables: Abhiruchi Caterers request hall management if they can provide.
  • Purified drinking water for cooking.
  • Purified drinking water for consumption by guests if the customer opts.
  • Ice cubes, cooking firewood, charcoal etc.

If affirmative it’s good. If the hall management refuses to provide, Abhiruchi Caterers will look into arranging on their own. By observing the above provisions we shall complete our triangular discussions and leave the hall. Now we cannot wait and are anxious to arrive at the date of wedding catering to provide rich, delicious, appreciable catering to the delight of customers, bride, and bridegroom and also to the high-satisfaction of guests.

Moreover, we develop rapport with hall representatives much before commencing preparations. This act gives motivation to cooperate with Abhiruchi caterers whole-heartedly.
