The Care we have taken for Hygienic Conditions

Abhiruchi Caterers Hygienic Conditions

Here are a few points on the care we have taken for hygienic conditions.

  1. All employees will have to wash their hands from elbow to tip of fingers, knees to foot-toes with soap.
  2. They should enter with washed clothes-pack to the kitchen.
  3. After observing formality No.1 above, they have to change their clothes, which they brought along.
  4. All vessels, which are meant for usage will be splashed with highly boiled hot water.
  5. Subsequently, they will be washed thoroughly with freshwater, with a suitable detergent, and rinse out thoroughly.
  6. All the stoves will be splashed with hot water, without hitting the burner.
  7. All vegetables will be washed 2 times, before taking up for consumptions.
  8. After cutting, all hard veggies will be once again washed to avoid any virus attack in between.
  9. All staffers will wear mask till the cooking is over.
  10. Assistants will wear gloves also, to pick up food items and place them in the trolly.
  11. The trolly meant for carrying food also will be splashed with hot water and cleaned thoroughly with Dettol or phenyl water.
  12. As I taste food for every session, I practice all the above formalities, whichever is applicable to me, and tasty food with gloves to hand.
  13. We are asking guests to fetch water as we are not sure of the hygiene of plant supply.
  14. We advise the customer to keep hand sanitizer and ensure all guests have a mask until they start having food.
